Meet JT!
JT joined the team in 2014 as part of our service team. He spent some time in Arizona and is back to Arkansas Air Flow, Inc. as our Service Manager. JT oversees the technicians that install, repair and maintain heating and air conditioning units in both commercial and residential settings, providing guidance and technical expertise, as well as maintaining direct involvement with dispatch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and company goals are met. JT is an expert in his trade and excellent with customers, willing to go the extra mile and works hard to help customers as promptly as he can.
